Black Friday Bundles Terms and Conditions

Your subscription and access/use of the service is governed by the Terms of Use (“Standard Terms”) found on our website at https://www.shootproof.com/legal/terms-of-use. Terms used herein but not defined will have the meaning set forth in the StandardTerms.

The following terms (“Black Friday Terms”) apply solely with respect to the product bundles (“Black Friday Bundles”) offered during the period beginning at 12:00 am (EST) on November 17, 2020 and ends at 11:59 pm (EST) on November 30, 2020 (the “Black Friday Event”) and do not apply to any products purchased before the start date or after the end date. These Black Friday Terms are in addition to and do not supersede our Standard Terms, unless specifically noted below.

The Black Friday Bundles will only be valid during the Black Friday Event and available via the ShootProof website or your ShootProof account. Black Friday Bundles cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or be applied retrospectively. ShootProof reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Black Friday Bundles at any time.

1. Black Friday Bundles Availability

New users to ShootProof may pick from any of the Black Friday Bundle plans.

Existing ShootProof users may not choose a Black Friday Bundle plan containing a fewer number of photos than their existing ShootProof photo plan (defined as the highest tier of photo plan the user has been on during the last 30 days prior to purchasing a Black Friday Bundle). For example, an existing ShootProof user currently subscribed to our 5,000 photo monthly plan will not have the option to purchase the Black Friday Bundle Starter plan.

Existing ShootProof users may, however, choose a Black Friday Bundle Plan that is equivalent to, or greater than, the highest tier of ShootProof photo plan they have been on in the last 30 days.

2. Changes in Black Friday Bundle Plans

Users who purchase the Annual Plan Black Friday Bundle cannot downgrade their plan during the term of the Annual Plan. Users, however, may upgrade their plan, and ShootProof will prorate the remaining balance paid to be applied against upgraded plans, should a user upgrade during the term.

3. Professional Print Credits

Credits are only available for ShootProof Partner Labs and require an upfront choice of Lab to which the credits will apply. Lab credits will expire 90 days after the credits are issued.

4. Bonus Packs

Subject to availability, additional redeemable items (“Bonus Packs”) may be offered as part of the Annual Plan Black Friday Bundles. To benefit from all items within the Bonus Packs, users must take the applicable actions to redeem the items. If not redeemed within 30 days, these items may be forfeited.

5. Purchases are Final

All subscription purchases associated with the Black Friday Bundles are final and no refunds will be given. In addition, no price adjustments or refunds will be given for any subscriptions purchased prior to the Black Friday Event.

6. Táve Corporation

Some Black Friday Bundles may include a subscription to Táve. If you purchase a subscription that includes a Táve subscription and then downgrade to an ineligible plan, you will lose access to Táve. Use of the Táve subscription is subject to the standard Táve Terms of Service found at https://tave.com/terms-of-service/. This subscription holds no monetary value and may not be redeemed for any cash value or cash value equivalent or other refund or discount.

7. Cole’s Classroom

Black Friday Bundles include a free 3 month trial for Cole’s Classroom. Use of this subscription is subject to the standard Cole’s Classroom Terms and Conditions found at https://www.colesclassroom.com/terms-conditions/. This subscription holds no monetary value and may not be redeemed for any cash value or cash value equivalent or other refund or discount.
