Here’s why we love it: photographers of all kinds can utilize this system for their proofing of multi-image items. It’s super easy to set up, and even easier to use.
Wedding Photographers: With AlbumParrot, you simply use your regular album creation software (such as SmartAlbums) to design the page layouts. Then, you upload them in jpeg form to the AlbumParrot website. Your clients are sent a link to view, comment, and even edit the layouts with an easy-to-use drag and drop procedure! When you link your account to your ShootProof galleries, clients can suggest photo swaps and suggest which images to use in each section of the page.
Family, school, & portrait photographers: For those who offer products like accordion books, Memory Mates, collages, and canvas groupings, AlbumParrot may be the ticket for easy client approval. Simply uploading the blank template to the system (or a layout with images you’ve chosen) will give your clients a way to choose the photos from their ShootProof gallery that they wish to include in each area of the template.
How it Works: You send your client an email with a link to view their proof. Once a client enters the interface, he or she views the spread you’ve uploaded. From there, clients can leave moveable comments and notes to you on all areas of the screen. They can also choose a different photo from their ShootProof gallery to replace a photo you’ve chosen, all on one screen. Say goodbye to remembering file names, emailing lengthy notes and descriptions, and guessing what clients will like!
Clients can email you their comments with one click, and approving the final edit is just as easy. Then, you can order the products as usual, knowing your clients will be satisfied with the final result.
